The **Overview** tab in **Financial overview** shows your swim school's financial position at a glance. From each block you can click through to the details.

## Revenue

- **This month** — revenue for the current month, with the change compared to the previous month.
- **Revenue for the last 12 months** — a chart of revenue per month.

## Next collection

Shows the date of the next subscription collection and the **expected revenue** from it. How the collection works is explained in [Subscription payments via Stripe](/en/help/finance/subscription-payments/).

## Recent transactions

The latest payments, with the person's name, the type (for example **Subscription**), the amount and when the payment came in. **View all** opens the full list.

## Invoices: overdue and outstanding

- **Overdue** — the total amount and number of invoices that are past their due date.
- **Outstanding** — the total amount and number of invoices that are not paid yet but not past due either.

## Failed collections

Subscription collections that did not succeed. Stripe automatically retries a failed collection. If there are none, you see **No failed collections**.

## Open requests

Requests that have been sent to users and not completed yet, such as a request to set up a subscription (SEPA mandate) after a student was added to a class. For each request you see the person, the class and the fee, and whether the request has **expired**. **View all** opens the **Subscriptions** tab.
