About us

SportAdmin was founded in 2005, born out of the frustration of juggling scattered spreadsheets and endless lists. Our goal from day one has been to cut down on admin and free up time for what really matters: building the organization. Since then, we've grown alongside the sports community and today, more than 1,700 schools, clubs and organizations across swimming, gymnastics, team sports and individual sports run on SportAdmin.

In 2025 we joined forces with Zwemscore. Twenty years inside Dutch swim schools met twenty years inside Swedish swim clubs and swim schools, bringing almost 500 swim schools and clubs into the same community.

Meaning that swim schools now use one of our two dedicated swim school systems that fits their needs best:

• Zwemscore is powerful, and configurable down to the smallest detail. However your school runs its lessons, its levels and its administration, Zwemscore can usually be set up to match. Schools that want that kind of control run everything on it.
• SportAdmin builds on what Zwemscore does best, and takes it further. It genuinely understands how a swim school runs, and thinks along with you. The weekly assistant, the waitlist assistant, and more, all while you stay in full control of every decision. And with the instructor and student app, it closes the gap between the swim school and the people in it.
