Managing Subscriptions
How to follow your students' open invitations and active subscriptions on the Subscriptions tab.
Last updated 6 October 2026
On the Subscriptions tab in Financial overview you manage your students' invitations and active subscriptions. A subscription is needed to collect a student's lessons monthly through a SEPA direct debit. How that works is explained in Subscription payments via Stripe.
The overview
At the top you see two counters:
- Open invitations — students who have been invited to set up a subscription (SEPA mandate) but have not done so yet.
- Active subscriptions — the number of students with a running subscription.
Below that is the list of students:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The student |
| Class | The class(es) the subscription covers. If a student is in several classes, you see the number, e.g. "2 classes". |
| Next collection | The date of the next collection |
| Status | The subscription's status, for example Active or Processing |
Filter the list by Status (default Not cancelled) and Class. Use Columns to choose which columns you see.
Following up on open invitations
When a student is added to a class in another way than from the waitlist, they receive an invitation to set up the subscription in Stripe. Until they do, nothing is collected for this student.
An invitation can expire. Expired invitations also show on the Overview tab under Open requests. In that case, contact the family so the subscription can still be set up.
